Wonderful work. I was most caught of gaurd by the software you used to generate these. I knew Microstation was still around and contributing to the 3D CGI world, but this is the first example I've seen of this calliber from V8i. Modo, on the other hand, is expert at this type of thing -- no surprises there.
thanks renderhaus. actually - I did not use Modo. I used the Luxology render engine - the same as in Modo 401. which is now integral part of Microstation. thanks uddie! yes, it's a Corbu-book! Well spotted!
Hey, don't be down on yourself. Your piece may be inspired by Pixelas work but it has it's own little quirks and stands up on its own legs. Seriously, very impressive. I liked all your additional images too. Was that a book on Le Corbusiers modulus you slipped in there?

wow - thanks! this was a big surprice - especially since last weeks superb renderings by Pixela is the direct inspiration for my "test scene". I think that my renderings quality wise are nowhere near Pixelas work, and suspect that this will be commented by others in this thread...
