Dont know why, but for some reason it looks very tiny, almost like a scale model?

Mostly because of too strong depth of field I guess... I like the architecture and general mood though.

I like the DOF. It might be a bit strong, but I think it works well especially in the initial image. The rotated camera is also fairly dramatic, makes for an interesting composition. I agree that the trails could go. I also think you could lose a few landscape lights, especially from the clumps of three. Mysterious quality. Good work.
