Thanasis: Thank you for pointing those out. It's my fault dude :). I think I can not be lazy by only twisting around it with photoshop. Looks like a re-render is a need in this case for achieving the right light effect. However, I won't have time to revise this anymore.

[ATTACH=CONFIG]44209[/ATTACH] Steve this is a good concept image, but I have two comments: 1. This light glow is unphysical, because the curtain is thick and not light transparent. 2. Where this light comes from? Because the curtain cuts the way to sunlight to this point ( unless there is another window vertically, which the camera should picture it ).

I totally agree with you that the exam room should be extremely clean... because I am in a health care design firm ;therefore, I know it very well. However, this scene was not intended for client to see. I just would like to see an exam room in my imagination that rays of light ("hope") coming in through the window. To me it is more interesting to see this mood than a typical mood as we see in an exam room everyday. About the rays, I think it does not mater how clean our room is, as long as sun lights can penetrate our window glass, we will always see rays. Aubrey, I very appreciate your comment. I like your phrase " Rays of Hope". It really touches my heart. That is all that matters to me.

Overall I think it is a nice image. Some criticism would be that is appears this exam room is in the tree tops of a rainforest. Maybe change the background image. The curtain texture could use a little work as well. The texture itself is dark and scary for an exam room environment, and you would also probably see some light passing through. And finally, the image looks a little heavy on the ambient occlusion. That can be especially seen around the seams of the white portion of the bed.

I actually disagree about the rays. Rays are caused by dust/dirt particles in the air (usually synonymous with old, musty, grungy places). This is an exam room and should be extremely clean....I would seriously consider revising...
