Nice! congrats!
Waw nice mood & composition ! Bravo from Liège ;)
nice...i like this!!
This is what I call ARCHITECTURE!
Greetings. I agree with Saul. The lady seated under the porch (whatever) works ok but the girl, IMHO, does not. She doesn´t blend well with the grass. Anyway, great image. Congrats :) God bless. Nelson.
dome hdr ?? no hablo ingles thx !!
Hi, It's my first post here...hope you'll like it! I live and work in belgium. I used to be an architect, but now I work in architectural viz. C&c are welcome
yes it's a guthrie hdri...1928 dusk sun. Guthrie's hdri are the best files I've tested. For dusk scenes, I only use hdri. For day lighting, I add a vray sun (files and tutorials on http://www.peterguthrie.net/ )
Excellent image. Nigh lighting. Is that a Guthrie HDRI? It's a very striking building and you've done a great job with it. The people do let it down a little. I know they help with scale but they need to blend better if they're to work. Otherwise, it's excellent.
thks, it's cool to know your critics. This image is already delivered to the client, but it will help me for future works.
nice job - but i cannot ignore the peoples - they are way to sharp for the image itself - make then blend in a little bit - the sky is cool enough - have a different feeling..:)....the design is simple - bold - and has a nice concept.......good job. Regards ArchQuad
Nice image - I think the sky is just fine (warm to cool gradient adds richness to the image). Good work!
thks for your answers. I did the grass with this technique, from the famous peter guthrie tutorials: http://www.peterguthrie.net/blog/2009/03/vray-grass-tutorial-part-1/ I tried different techniques, but it seams that the best grass texture is obtained by scattering a grass sample. If you don't want to create your grass sample, convert it to vrayproxy and scatter it, you can use igrass and multiscatter. It's much expensive, but it give realy good results and it's very easy to use
I am also very keen to know how you did the grass. I do think the sky is a little bright for how dark the rest of the image is. Design wise I think there should be some stairs out the back there. Really really nice image over all.
plz change that sky color as to more dark blue (night scn). that wl b more effective in thiz image... :)
The sky is great like it is
Looks really nice! What texture do you use for the grass btw?
plz change that sky color as to more dark blue (night scn). that wl b more effective in thiz image... :)
