Curious thing about this image is that is located at a real street and the asphalt is pretty new but we preferred to put some "drama" with this old asphalt, beside we had this material from other renders

Thanks al noman. I agree with you, sidewalk isn't as good as it should. When I did that rendering I didn´t know about bercontile which would have made the work really nice and a bit easier than modelling tiles as long as sidewalk is tilted.
