The reference to "tilt-shift" is to the physical lenses that are generally called "tilt-shift" lenses. Yes, the shift is not used in these images :)
Yeah, there is virtually no tilt (focal plane rotation for DOF plane not perpendicular to the line of sight-lens axis), but there is shift in most (RL vertical lines are vertical in the rendering)
these are all really nice, but I am not seeing the Tilt-Shift

great images. The second one reminds me alot of a image of Daniel Fonseca de Moura. Except that the one of Daniel looks better in my opinion.
