Thank you. I spent 3 days creating this asphalt material. I used lessons learned from Bertrand Benoit "Materialism" blog. I broke down a reference photograph into 3 materials and blended them together with masks and VrayBlend Damp Road Wet Road Puddles I agree, I didnt' highlight the girls properly. If fact they're just stand-ins. I thought the client would request revisions, so I didn't go overboard in post.

Great light. how do you make the puddles and the street reflections? maybe blur the closest girl on the right, and she probably also should be lighter cause it has to be a street light in that corner

Amazing work. The image gives off such a nice feeling of place. Everything fits into place perfectly. Do you do your street (puddle) reflections in post?
