Hello Jeff, Can I get clarification on what you mean by "commercial"? Is retail not a subcategory of commercial?

While retail is a subset of commercial (office buildings etc.), there is enough speciality within retail to warrant a separation.

was using the figures to work something out and found that the project planning percentages add up to 107?

I've made a slight adjustment to the graphic, however it will not add up exactly to 100 due to a rounding error and the way the question was asked. Participants were asked to enter a percentage value for each workflow item that added to 100%, however the total of each of those is averaged, thus the rounding error.
