Following up on last year's huge success, CGarchitect.com is hosting the 5th annual Architectural 3D Awards to be awarded at this year's Mundos Digitales Conference in La Coruna, Spain. The Awards Competition is open to everyone in the Architectural Visualization industry to highlight the best imagery and animations done in 2007/2008.
This year's awards will be divided into two categories: Still Imagery and Animation. From the submitted entries the public will select the top five in each category. The winner of each category will be awarded the exclusive CGarchitect.com 3D AWARDS trophy during the Mundos Digitales Conference.
CATEGORIES
Still Imagery: Awarded to the individual or company for outstanding achievement in an architectual visualization project.
Animation: Awarded to the individual or company for outstanding achievement in an architectural visualization animation project.
Outstanding Achivement Award WINNER - Uniform (UK)
This is our new award for Outstanding Achievement in the field of Architectural Visualization. This award is given to a company or individual who has helped advance the art of architectural visualization to new levels, and who has received worldwide recognition by their peers.
This year’s award winners have certainly met all of these categories. They have written articles and presented their work in our industry’s top publications, that have been nominated for and won numerous industry awards, have toured the world to showcase their company and work on behalf of Autodesk, and have three times had two animations nominated for best architectural visualization in our own Architectural 3D awards.
