I am basically wondering what the easiest & most accurate way of creating a tile pattern in photoshop is?
I know how to make a box a certain size but how do I copy it over a certain distance for the grout? Or is there an easier way of doing this?! Any advice would be very much appreciated! Thanks. |

To create seamless tiles/textures... use the offset tool (Plugin / other / offset) It will help you ofset your imagen so you can correct or eliminate the seams.
"... how do I copy it over a certain distance ...." You can use the "ruler" and "guide lines" (click and hold on top of the ruler and drag the mouse to the picture... a light blue line will apear) your tile should snap to those blue lines. Regards, Leonardo |
