Default dual monitor

hi guys,

i need a technical support regarding dual monitors.

1. i what to use 2 monitors in one unit?
2. i have nvidia geforce fx5200

hope you can help me on tis one.

If the card has two outputs, it's as simple as plugging a second monitor, and then right clicking on your desktop, go to properties, then settings. You should see a picture of two monitors with the second one greyed out. Click on the greyed out monitor and choose the option that says "extend my desktop onto this monitor"

alternatively if you dont have dual outputs you can throw in a additional pci graphics card ( agp is assumed to be the main) and run dual monitors

It will not work. You can use either AGP or the biult-in one, not both.

just disable the built-in then use the fx5200. sa add hardware mo makikita. for "dual monitor", there's a nvidia setting interface after you have installed the hardware that specifies what video output you'll use. its on display properties. right click on your desktop just like changing your wallpaper, its on the advance setting.
