Thanks alot guys! I switched into OpenGL and it works!! It used to run on the weighty of 1.32GB and very often use 30% - 40% of its CPU, now it's 300MB and often runs at 0% to 10%. Now that is a MASSIVE difference and I am utter relieved...also in tears...
