Hi!!

Need some help., please answer:
What graphic software can I use to make a JPEG file?

....what do you mean "make" a Jpeg? Your question is far too general and coud be referring to anything from rendering (which allows saving the image as a Jpeg), to scanning (ditto), to post-processing (ditto ditto), to screen-capture (ditto ditto ditto). You need to provide a few more specifics as to what exactly you are trying to do or achieve in order to get a helpful answer, but I'm going to take a safe stab and guess that you're probably looking for something in between Microsoft Paint to Adobe Photoshop.

But unless I know exactly what you're asking the above 2 examples could just about be useless to you. It's like asking what's the best way to cook a steak.
