You have too small meshes.
Try lowering lenght tolerances (Process Paramtears) before you hit Initiate. Happend to me before a lot, because I overmodeled my objects.
But you said it happend with LS blocks. Thats strange
...only if they are YOUR custom Ls blocks.

I have seen that, with lights (a form of blocks). Just disappeared from the .ls file. You can lower the lengths, but you can create a situation where the file become unworkably large by doing so.

After some considerable stress on a big project a few years ago (and this only happens a day or two before your deadline) I finally took note of what was getting 'lost' and initialized those layers seperately, and the main file with them off, then merged the two .ls files.

It worked.

del82... yep they are my blocks

ernest... tried separating it in different files too didnt work for me... and yes they are very small meshes but i cant help it because the block is a reincarnation of old english monarch furniture. so theres a really a lot of flowers mouldings carved into it.

thanks guys i'll try lowering the process parameters

Try both at the same time...lower the settings for ONLY the blocks that are causing trouble, leave the rest of the file alone, initialize seperately then merge them.

i tried it didint work... what i did was exploded the block then re-model the dissappearing meshes in LP with "create mesh" a bit gung-ho approach but it worked took time though.
