Hi all,
I do visualization for some time now. I was thinking how could make process quicker. What I usually do is inport cad drawing freeze and trace. Maybe it is not the best way, but in any case, during that I got some problems.
For tracing i usualy use line tool. in that proces i usualy get some problems:

1. while using line tool, I miss intersection snap (from cad) in max.

2. during the redrawing, i zoom quite much, draw than zoom out to draw again. If i try to pan (with a middle button) line "jumps" out and stops, if you know what i meen, and then i got two options to start again, or make another line, attach, and weld. Is there a method for paning while drawing the lines in max. In cad that is quite "normal" you are drawing line, pan and than continuing with a next node...
