As for inspiration - how about Greg Lynn and Form, Decoi, Asymptote, Preston Scott Cohen, Nox, Marcelo Spina (Patterns)...
These are some new forces, all in the organic hi-tech, computer generated and inspired flowing forms kind of architecture, very simmilar to your work here.
Their digital experiments are based on latest, still experimental construction methods as Frosty mentioned one of them...
Anyway, this kind of architecture will soon become reality, and it involves CG from the initial sketch and developing idea to the manufacturing/building process...
I admire the way taht people like them and you handle this forms easy and naturaly... It would be nice if you could sometime post your early stages - sketches that illustrate evolutuion of your structure...
