Modeling/Texturing: Good, but too clean - so clean in places that the scale is lost.
Lighting: Good for the effect you're after, but I'd like to see more variation in lighting levels to aid the composition.
Composition: The camera's wide-angle lens is creating a lot of distortion, particularly in the upper left corner. It also has the effect of overly emphasizing the foreground (and especially the figure at the lower left) at the expense of the dome itself.
C/O/D: The creativity & originality are the strongest aspects of the image. It is definitely an original and unique take on the program, and for the most part the lighting and mood support the vision. Technically, it's not a standout though.
Unity : The image and the design are well unified. The foreground and mid-ground elements seem to belong in the scene.
Brief: The rendering seems consistent with the brief, except that the viewpoint doesn't do as good a job as I'd like of explaining the inside of the dome itself.
