The modeling and texturing are fine, but we question what you have modeled. We are missing most of what makes this project interesting. The lighting is good and soft, but is a little too even. It could use some more contrast and some darker areas.

The composition is conventional, and works fine for what you are showing, but again we question the choice of the project to render. It seems to be one of a series of renderings of the project, rather than a single image to present the whole project.

We like the work done on the entourage. The coloring and lighting of the folliage work well and give a good feeling to the space. But there should be some people, and some more foreground.

We feel that the brief hasn't been well addressed in this rendering, but we would like to see what you would do with the whole space.
