Modeling/Texturing: Wow, this entry is all about the modeling & texturing. Amazing attention has been given to surfaces throughout the image, but possibly to the point of distraction.
Lighting: Very nice, and the lit gazebo at the lower left helps to keep the foreground from being too dark. I also like the lighting of the ring at the base of the tower. The upper right is a pretty heavy though.
Composition: Overall pretty good, but it feels left-heavy as though something is missing in the right foreground. Maybe another gazebo? I'm not sure if cropping the right side is the answer but it just feels out of balance. The way the lighting is coming in, it may have been more interesting to see what's happening off-camera to the left rather than completing the arc of the handrail. Additionally, the tree at the upper left is a distraction from what is otherwise a very well-rendered dome structure.
C/O/D: A lot of creativity & orginality here, and obviously a lot of technical difficulty is evident in the texturing. The different historical devices used throughout give the image a great deal of interest.
Unity: Overall, the image has a strong sense of unity, everything seems to belong there which is a real accomplishment. My only complaint is the the lighting & texturing in the upper right corner.
Brief: I wish more attention had been paid to activating the scene with more people and landscaping. But overall you've created a compelling image and stayed reasonably close to the brief.
