Strength:
Modeling and texturing are ok. There are no obvious mistakes. The lighting is well crafted and works well to create the mood that you are going for. The composition is well done (although we're not wild about the camera tilt). We applaud the effort to tell a story with this image.

Weaknesses:
There is not much detail in the model. The overall lighting is so low that some parts of the image are too dark and the detailing and contrast get lost. There seems to be only one light source. Some of the motion blur in the standing people is too much. The dragon and rocks in the air create a sinister atmosphere in the image, that we feel misses the point of the competition brief. The camera view shows only a small section of the dome. The camera tilt does not help the image.

Overall it works well, but this rendering seems to be more about the dragon chasing people than the project brief. We would like to see more of the domed space.
