max import in c4d

Is it possible to import a .max file into c4d..reason i'm asking is that most ro some of the really good models i need are all in .max format?

So i just wanted to know if it's possible to import such a file into C4D..thanks

a common method is to convert the max file into a .3DS file and do it that way

dunno if there are any. you'll need max unfortunately.
