I have these frosted glass panels in a ceiling, with a colored light behind them. I am trying to get the glass to "glow" as the colored light passes thru it.

I know i can use the "self illumination", but i'd rather not.

Is there some easy way for me to get the frosted glass to somehow absorb the color from the light and "glow" that color?

Thanks for any help!

Great tips for getting a light to glow. Just do the same for your sheet of glass.

Another, easy way is to put a light (or more than 1) in front of the glass panels - not behind. Just adjust the size and falloff accordingly. You can easily achieve a glow effect with more intense light at the center, and then fall off.
