I finaly abandoned this and decided to go for complete redesign and remodeling of the whole structure... Idea is to create very light shell and continuous flowing slab/floor... I am not sure if that will be visible in final image, but I did it anyway... Perhaps it will be good for animation...
Now making some test renders with light and textures, will post soon...
