3D Sound - Alternative to Foley Studio

Anybody nows an alternative for 3D Sound (5.1 Output) in 3D Studio max beside foley studio?

At SoundMax they have a new feature called SPX. Don't know the ins and outs but check their site and look if they have a solution in the line of products:

This is not really what i am looking for.

i am looking for a 3DStudio Max 7.0 Plugin where you can define Sound events in the 3D szene, and render out one 5.1 surround sound file.

Folley does this, but the tool is way too expensive for the features it provides.

What version of 3D Studio are you working on?
Foley Studio was put out in 1999 and has long since gone.
Boomer Labs created the program. I just went on their site and
couldn't find anything. You might want to email them.
