Default Boxx Tech

I had Boxx build a system for my father's design company. It arrived and there was a problem the system would not shut down. If you tried to shut it down it just started back up. Ultimately they had to just turn it off. No big deal no one thought that it was doing damage and while Boxx said they would fix it, no one wanted to deal with sending it in and being without it. Finally they sent it in last week on Tues. It came back Friday and it didn't cost a dime. Now it hasn't been set up yet so I can't say it's fixed but that is still to me that is impressive service.

i think this problem is windows related, and not Boxx related. my IBM does that.

i had the opposite problem with my boxx workstation. sometimes it would shut off, and the power button wouldnt work at all, even after hitting the reset button. they swapped out the power supply and sent it back in the same day. right before christmas too. flawless service, very helpful
