Final Submission for Challenge #2 are now CLOSED.

Well, I must admit I'm a bit disapointed with the final turnout for this challenge. 22 people entered a WIP, but only 5 people submitted their final works. Oh well, I guess for those of you that did submit your chances of winning are pretty high. 3 categories and only 5 entries....good odds.

well. the interesting thing of the challenge was to learn. isn't it?
I hope to participate in the next challenge. I modeled the Douglas House. I posted it in WIP at the beginning. maybe we could use it as a model for an interior lighting challenge or something like that. I'll tell you in the CHAT. CU

Hey HeDaCoM, You are definetly right about the learning thing, I was just hoping to see more finished products. There were some really good WIP out there. I suspect many got busy with paying work and were not able to finish.

hi There,

Jeff and All,

so where are the Final Images? of This last Contest and where were the Work-In-Progress Images? are they still available to look at?

i am so overwhelmed by the quality of what you guys are doing that i am some what more than afraid to enter the next Context

(but i will just close my Eyes and do something anyway)

just now starting to participate and This is so way cool,

if you decided in advance what the Next Contest was going to be (better b4 than after, i guess) then you could have the Tips and Techniques Topic of the Month to be about the upcoming Contest. while the WIP's were happening. getting some feedback and comparing some different Ideas to use.

is there any defined TimeLines when these Contests start or just whenever you get around to doing them? (either way works for me)

Thanks

Randy

Hi everyone,

I think next time is it better to give more time, let more people join the competition? I guess some people don't have enough time to finish their works because they have their own business or studies and don't have too much free time.
For example, I want to join, and I already finished modeling and texturing, but don't have time to render it yet. Sorry guys.
