i am facing a funny problem .
When i try to move an object in a perspective or camera viewport it moves as if its snapping But when i move it in top or any other orthographic view it moves smoothly whys is this happening |

I think you have problems with the scale generic or metric or so for,I mean your model is lets say 0.0001m or 0.0001 genric scale
