funny problem in max about snaps

i am facing a funny problem .
When i try to move an object in a perspective or camera viewport it moves as if its snapping
But when i move it in top or any other orthographic view it moves smoothly

whys is this happening

I think you have problems with the scale generic or metric or so for,I mean your model is lets say 0.0001m or 0.0001 genric scale

You can access the units settings under the Customize pull-down in the menu bar. Go to Units Setup and adjust them.
