The UnchallengeA forum for "unchallenges" where users can post models or an idea so that the group can work together to solve the problem, develop new techniques and share thoughts about a particular topic. Kind of like a challenge but without a deadline.
I think this is a brilliant idea, a group project, or game. Lets see if this work.
Attached is a max file I quickly made in MAX. It consists of a plane and an extruded line. A random next guy downloads the file and posts that he has got it, so that only he works on it. Only one at a time. This guy adds something, a window or door and uploads the file again so a next person can do the same and so forth.
As the file is uploaded the person must explain what he did. Then later on, maybe Jeff and the guys can help, when the modeling is finnished, anyone can then download the file for texturing, lighting and rendering to see the different outcomes and techniques and then everyone choose the best pic.
And then it is a challange between Maya and Lightwave users and any other 3d application users. Thus we need the other 3d application users to begin with a file.
