The bridge, ocean and other elements seem to be stealing the show from the dome a little. Not that that's a bad thing as your eye still follows that bridge straight to the dome. If you were doing this for an architect I think they would have a problem, but since you're not, it is working great. the rain streaks look a little long. I do love this image so far!

Ya, I think you nailed this one. Great job! I must have looked at your final image for an hour when I first saw it. I'm possitive your attention to detail will pay off on this one. Not to mention the extremely dynamic view and composition.
