Modelling: Need a bit more work on the building structure. and the pods on the outside. They look a little minimal.

Lighting: A real lack of light from inside. Lighting on the inside would have made it really jump out of you. At the moment it looks like it shut for the winter.

Composition: Its a nice idea, but the image is very dark. It looks like the surface of mars, or the aftermath of a nuclear holocaust. Neither of these are appealing to me.

Overall: An interesting take on it, but its just isnt working for me. Bit too dark and depressing.

Looks a bit like an Unreal Tournament arena!
Need more detail on the building and more lighting so that it looks like it's occupied.
I like the limited colour palette, but is the lift core really what you want to focus on?

M/T: There is no life inside the dome which is disapointing
L: The sky is dramatic and makes a strong point
Comp: You took some risks, why the dutch angle?
C/O: We like that you tried some different things but we'd like to see more difficulty
U: The small lights don't really work
B: There are no living things which really takes away from the feel of a bio dome

The technical aspects of this drawing (modeling, texturing and lighting) all seem adequate to what you are trying to accomplish, but we question your approach to this rendering. It’s a compelling image, but it doesn’t feel like a place that any of use would want to visit. The dark interior with the Blade Runnerish neon around the elevator shows no life or activity, and so the place has a feel like it was abandoned in a violent way. It’s a good play with monochrome, which makes one want to explore the rendering further, but there is a lack of detail beyond the initial punch.
