Default Recovery software

I really did a stupid thing and deleted the folder containing all the 3D images I had done during the last year and I know that there are programs that can recover deleted files can anybody guide me to any good free one ?
Something would happen to me if I dont recover them

Sorry to hear that !

GetBackData (check correct version for your file system).

Saved us numerous times. Only as good as the data that
is left (I hope you did not save anything on the HD afterwards).

Also works with MemoryCards etc.
