hi guys, this is a resident l interior of a project in progress, i am new to GI, working on final render, comments needed from final render experts, i am having trouble making the lighting realistic enough.

what u need, more light inside ?
ok. Play with Contrast and Contrast range..

and post ur settings pls.

I agree with defoz. Play with contrast and contrast range. It will give you a result similar to the exposure control. Yes, you can use exposure too. I dont think adding more bounces to the light will give you big difference, since the rays after the 3rd of 4th bounce add to little energy to the lighting. Another pint is the skylight. Usualy the skylight has a bigger participation in lighting a room than bounced sunlight.
Btw, great modeling. The image already looks nice. Please post the final result.
