1. clean up cad plan's
2. import cad plan to 3d max
3. starting drawing lines then apply sweeps (apply the same sweep to identical building geometery)
4. For peices that are more complex I may import a CAD polyline & extrude

We used to box model, but after using sweeps we have increased our effiency by at least 5 times.
