ok, im a newbie too

, but maybe i could say somethings.

1) basicly i use ACAD to build up the prject, and VIZ to add the materials (rendering), of course VIZ can build up things, but as i said before ima newbie with it.

So....with that being said, i can say that your project in Acad doesnt have the terrain levels, all the terrain is in 1 level (thats what i see with your first image), but the image youre trying to recreate (2nd image) have a terrain with more that 1 level, i mean, its a terrain with elevations. So you could add the grass, paviment, etc with VIZ, but they will be in a flat level surface, not with a slope.
