I've just had a problem with Copyright. I had previously finished a visual for a Company who called me a few weeks later to ask if I could do some alterations, as the dsign had cjanged. Unfortunately, I couldn't meet their timescales. A few months passed and I saw my illustration on a Hording outside the site with several major alterations, done by others!!!

I wrote to them pointing out that the Copyright was mine, and that just because i couldn't do the amendments, it didn't give them the right to have them done by others without my permission.
The problem is, that because they are easy to do, they think it's OK!
