The daytime version is really nice! I like the blues. The picture frames are very convincing. In fact all of the textures are top notch. Nice lighting and attention to detail too.

The night shot would be equally nice, but I see a lot of smudgy GI artifacts.

Nice Job!

In the dayimage i just think everything is o.k. except the details of roof-fan blades. lighting is very good and realistic but in the night mode i think the lights can be configured better.
perhaps use some other ies.

good luck

the day one is really good. But the night one i would work on the light sources more. The lamp should have scallop comming from the top as well and the wall scance maybe should have some glow at the top and bottom edges? Also your crown molding above the chair is really blotchy. I would help out but i am a Maya user but i would check the sampling on your global.
