Suggestion for the camera angels !

I'm currently working on image for a courtyard scene. The courtyard is not that big. I was wanting to get some suggestions for the camera angle. Any ideas would be much appreciated. I have attached some images to give an ide of size.

I'd go for the 3rd. But try to put another proportion, more vertical. Try 1:2 or similar.
