Default How to turn off anti aliasing on the environment background image

Where is the over ride to tell vray not to anti-alias the background in a render? We are rendering matt objects over a background and it is blurring the background plate also, this is not good.

instance the background material into the material editor and disable texture filtering on the material under the bitmap parameters.
