Default Commercial interior Images

These 3 Internal marketing images were produced for a large office & commercial development for Foreign Office Architects in the City of London.

Two views show the office space, and the third shows the restaurant in the 26th floor ‘Panoramic Conservatory’.

The scenes were modelled in 3ds max and rendered using Vray 1.4903. Photoshop was used to add people and enhance the images.

They all look pretty good. One comment I have is the light level of the background photo for the restaurant looks off. It's too dim. Especially when I look at the lit windows of the round tapered tower. The table clothes look a bit too puffy.

Some dim lighting might really add atmosphere to that restauraunt. Some floor spots, possible some spots on the trees? Stick a few candles on the table...? Lovely though.

The office images are very nice too, although in the first one i dont like the blurry person on the right. Small potatoes though, overall very cool.

Nice integration of the people. The yactually look like they are apart of the scene rather than just slapped in there. Most of the people images are to chromatic for the scene so it makes them stick out.

They are great Robert...REALLY nice..... the girl in image 2 looks very good....not often we see an image where the people look well composited and actually help with the sense of scale

excellent!:.congrats.

1 question, in the 2nd image, the woman in there, is it added in PS?, If so, how you manage to make her shadow?

Hi all

Thank you for all of your responses.

CVC- The woman in the 2nd office image was added using photoshop. We used a model and shot her in similar lighting conditions to the render.

Salf- The shadow was made by distorting the photograph to match the length of the shadows on the floor, this was then used as a selection to copy the floor, so i had a layer of the floor in the shape of the shadow. I then adjusted the colour of this layer to match the density of the other shadows in the render. Hope that makes sense.
