Ok, i really like the shot you've chosen..i mean i can completely imagine it finished and propped up! could look really good especially if you play the rainy environment right!
your building design is very sustainable and will have amazing views from the inside which is great! and i love how it just blends in... I' d really hate walking Up all these steps on the way back!
now technically, what's with the super-High poly count for the centre roof?! i mean when you're planning to use a such a 'real-based' renderer knowing how slow it's going to be, don't you think that polycount is just a tad-bit too high?! i mean the only reason i can think about is for grass displacement, but if that was the case, would'nt you consider the rest of the hill too?! just afraid it might stand out as 'artificial' looking! surely you must have considered other mapping / texturing solutions?!
