Well done. I think this is my favorite entry.
1) Technically it is very strong. Very nice materials and model.
2) Building design is very cool. Love the way it hangs above the water. Gives and exciting feel to the image.
3) Mood is my favorite thing about it, especially with the sky you picked. Stormy on one side and sunny on the other.
Two thumbs up.
