Ok, probably the nicest render to date, however the actual design intent of a visitor centre remains to be told. The focal length of your perspective seems too drawn out, far too much for an exterior shot from the water anyway, the way its distorting your centre's shape it almost looks fisheye (which would be ok) but i can tell its not meant to be. Ok use of lighting, it would be great for some written blurb as to how you think you've addressed a visitor centre; as in:
road/ped access,
parking,
disabled access,
historical intent, relationship to the tower
environmental sensitivity
local requirements addressed.
