First time poster!!!

So, I just started this new job in 3D interior design and there are only 3 of us in the department, but it is appearant that we all have very different lighting/ texturing styles. Which is not looking good for us when we send 3 completely different renders to clients.

I am looking for ways that other companies have learned how to adapt and make sure that there is a certain style met.
