Have just read about ViaCAD. Might work for you. It is cheap ($99).

Not sure if it is high-end enough. It's based on the ACIS-kernel and runs on Windows and Mac. Oh, it will only be released in March...

Vellum always used to run on a Mac and think that they now have 3D modeling (similar to SolidWorks).
