Your modeling is Ok (except for pillows)
, but i see much room for improvement in materials and lighting. also more accessories (pool table cues and balls, more irregularities in furniture, etc...) You really can hype them up a notch higher with some richer content. Are you having trouble inserting convincing people? or do you not like them in your renderings? I personally try to avoid people in my renderings..but i think the first project aould be a lot more interesting with some life inserted into it.
