Don't be such a pessimist.
I bet if someone tried real hard they could build it out of popsicle sticks. Scan it with a 3d desktop scanner into sketchup. Take that 3d info into archicad on a linux workstation and then generate the shop drawings form there. After that they could go polish the new york city sewer system using a toothbrush and an old pair of undies.
