First, thanks for everything.

Second, I have posted and updated the image. I re-created the curved surfaces with VIZ instead of AutoCad that fixed the wierd faceting that was happening. I also found out why the image quality was acting strange when I opened the exported image with Photoshop. There is a gamma control on the output file dialog box. I had to crank that up to about 2.5 and it did the trick!! ROCK!!!

So, anyway, thanks everyone for their help and now, feel free to "crit" away!! Thanks again!

When you import the acad geometry, set SURFACE DEVIATION to "0" in the dwg import dialog box.
