Hi,
I would like to ask you, how it is possible when I merge an external model with my current scene to make his vray materials appear in my current material editor. Until now I was using the "pick material from Object" tools on each new material to make them appear on free slots in my material editor. This time I have more than 15 materials and the procedure is a way to long. Am I doing something wrong ? Thanks Estyl |

If you click on the "get material" button in the material editor there will be an option to click on "scene" where "material library", "material editor", etc. are located. Once you click on that a list should come up of all of the materials in the scene. Double click on the one you want and it will show up in the editor under the slot you previously selected.
