Yes, I know that posting the file/settings would help. However, as it is a WIP, and the client is a VIP, I cannot post them...yet.

Vray seems to get stuck on the Glass and Chrome table, and I mean STUCK. The rest of the scene flys.

I am using a vray mat that I dl'd from vraymaterials.de so I assumed they were optimized.

But I guess my overall question in on lighting. For a typical windowless room, say 20' x 24', how many lights ( and how large should the vray plane light be ) is a good number?

Again, sorry for the vagueness of this post.
