Default Max9 - Mixing Windows Vista 64bits and Windows XP Pro 32 Bits

Hi,
I bought the Max9 and I intend to install it in my 4600+. I intend to buy and to install in this computer the Windows Vista 64bits.
I have 32 bits computers and 64bits computers.
Are possible the following combinations?
- Mental Ray - DR - (cpu A) Windows Vista 64bits/ max9-64bits with (cpu B) XP Pro 32bits/ max9-32bits.
- Mental Ray - Animation - each cpu rendering one entire frame.
- Final Render Stage-1 R2 - DR - (cpu A) Windows Vista 64bits/ max9-64bits with (cpu B) XP Pro 32bits/ max9-32bits
- Final Render Stage-1 R2 - Animation - each cpu rendering one entire frame.
Thanks
Sergio

This was brought up in another thread. Pretty much you don't want to mix Max 9 64 bit and Max 9 32 bit.

Thanks Chad,
I understand that I can install the Max9 in my Windows Vista as 64bits version and as 32 bits version ( 2 instalations on the same machine/ OS).
When I have to render one big scene I will use only de Vista64/ Max 64 and in situations where I need to use my entire renderfarm (animations or DR) I will need to use the Max9 32bits version. In this situation I will need to be sure in not use more than 2GB RAM. Is that correct?

That's how I understand that it works.
